Our delivery time is currently 4-5 working days after your order is shipped.

Good news, there isn’t one!

Subscription orders and one-off orders over £20 are eligible for free delivery within the UK. Shipping costs are calculated based on the final order value after any discounts, promotions, or vouchers have been applied.

One-off orders under the value of £20 in the UK, will be charged £2.95 for standard delivery or £4.95 for express delivery.

Shipping within Europe costs 1,95 Euro per shipment. The exact shipping costs will be displayed when you select the products.

As soon as your package is sent to you, you will receive a tracking number from our courier provider, with which you can track your package. If you ordered a one-off purchase or refill pack, they will be sent in a large letter. For trial packs, unfortunately, tracking is not possible, but your pack should arrive within a few days.

We aim to ship your order within 2 days (max) after ordering.

Please be sure that you have checked with other members of your household first – most of our orders are packaged especially so they can fit through a standard sized letterbox, along with your regular mail delivery.


If you’re not completely happy with your Blue Earth Clean product, We offer a money-back guarantee if you return them in the package they arrive in within 14 days. Upon receipt, you will be contacted for a full receipt of any undamaged or unopened products.

We aim to respond within 24 hours during the week (if it’s the weekend we maybe out with families so it maybe Monday before we get back to you).

Please note – It’s important that you retain proof of postage, without this we are unable to refund your order should it get lost/misplaced during transit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
